Dennis helped with answering every questino that i had and the questions he couldnt answer personally he promtly turned to where he could get the answer from. tommorrow im looking forward to the email thatll finally get me the clutch i wanted and couldnt figure out asking 5 different mechs that deal with replacing clutches almost everyday. thanks dennis' boss for hiring dennis.

A car part I ordered for my son for Christmas 2015 was damaged during shipping and arrived cracked. I called Lancer Shop and spoke with Jay. He as very prompt and efficient, and told me exactly what to do to get the return authorization process moving. He kept in contact with me over the next few days, and within a few days from the first call I made to Lancer, a new part was shipped. I highly recommend doing business with Lancer, and please know if you ever have problem they will fix it promptly and efficiently! Thank you Lancer!

I buy a lot of items for my 2005 Evo VIII here at lancer shop. I have 10 positive things to say to 1 negative. That's a ratio that keeps me coming back. I had ordered 2 items and because they didn't have the colors I wanted in stock they gave me an option to change my shipping to next day air I just had to
Choose different colors. No big deal it was a motor mount who is going to see that anyways haha! Lancershop is a one stop and shop.
