The rims I received were slightly bent on the inside lip of 3/4 rims. They were not major enough that I wanted to go through all the trouble of returning the rims for new ones. So instead I asked for a small refund for the pre-damaged product. Customer Service was nice and worked very quickly to get back to me with a resolution to my issue. The refund I will be receiving is modest and I remain a happy customer!
