I was looking to complete the last stage of Evo mods I had planned for this year, so after comparing prices from other sites, I landed on Lancer Shop because they seemed pretty consistently fair and knowledgeable.

After getting everything I needed, I went to go checkout and my credit card bombed - three times. It was disappointing for sure, and figured I'd have to wait a pretty long while before I could resubmit my order, and hopefully hadn't accidentally charged my card three times.

Thankfully, Janelle contacted me via e-mail, and was extremely patient and helpful getting my payment mess resolved. We switched up cards, tried again, and it went through perfectly. She deserves some serious kudos. I've dealt with service people before who either couldn't be bothered or caved under the pressure of a crazy customer screw-up, but she handled it quite well.

I will definitely be returning in the future for more accessories and parts!

Megan Racing Lightweight Crank Pulley - EVO 8/9

Product Description

Lightweight Crank Pulleys reduce parasitic drag placed on the crankshaft by underdriving the accesories such as Alternator, Power Steering and Air Conditioning. Underdriving slows down the accessories to use less energy from the crankshaft but doesn t slow them down to the point the accessory operation becomes effected.

Most of the power gains are produced from the lightened weight of the crank pulley. Tests show that an average of 2.7 HP is gained from every pound of weight that is reduced from the crankshaft.

Tech Tip: No hardware is included as you use the OEM hardware. The belt is NOT included but can be purchased at any local auto shop. Proffesional installation is HIGHLY recommended as this is a critical engine part.
