it has been very re-assuring that you have taken the time to ensure your customer was totally satisfied, there was late
delivery on my end with my freight forwarder but also there was a trust between lancershop & the customer (myself) n this case.
Lancershop could have easily said that the issue is outside the company policy of 30 days after purchase was made.

Tomei EVO Oil Thermostat Eliminator

Product Description

One of the few weaknesses 4G63 is its rising oil temperature. The Evo uses a thermo switch that circulates the oil to the cooler when the temperature gets around 85C. When the oil temp is low, it will restrict oil flow to the oil cooler and raise the temperature of oil consequently. TOMEI oil thermo killer allows the oil to flow into the oil cooler constantly regardless of its temperature. Still, it is easy to put it back to stock thermo switch in winter to prevent over-cool. This item is especially useful if your Evo ever sees any track use.

Fits: Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII, VIII

TECH TIP: This part may require a longer warm-up period during a cold start. VERY easy installation! Can be installed in less then 5 minutes when changing your oil.
