I ordered about 5 things from Lancershop in 1 weekend, 2 of the parts came in within a day or 2!! and a few things took a little bit of time and one thing is on it's way. I do FULLY understand things arn't always in stock, no matter where you shop, certain products will take some time, and i find this a perfect example of showing they care, because everytime i've contacted Lancershop they have gotten back to me IMMEDIATLY with no hisitation with the exact answer im looking for. Although a few of my parts are taking some time, i feel the customer service has been FANTASTIC and i look forward to doing almost all my shopping with lancershop.com! Great site!

Ordering from overseas is really hard. But with them it was real easy. Highly recomended.

Excellent customer service...I placed an order but I had the wrong city listed on my shipping address. Laeli called UPS and got it straightened out before it had a chance to get sent to the incorrect address! Thank you very much Lancershop!!

And only one time has there been a problem,

But it was quickly fixed.

I ordered a set of window visors and floormats at 6am PST, and they shipped the same day. A few days later, I got my package. awesome.

Lancer shop has the best site to order parts for my Evo. They have a great selection of parts, with new items added all the time. Ordering is a breeze, and items ship out quickly and arrive on time. Their prices are competitive, and their sales keep bringing me back. The staff is responsive to questions, and issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Lancer shop is my favorite site to order parts for my evo!
