Product Description
The Omega Timer allows the EVO to
idle for a preset amount (1 or 3 minutes) after the ignition key has been
removed. The edition of a turbo timer to your EVO prevents hot oil in the engine
from coking up in the lines. Hard driving can raise engine oil temperatures to
dangerously high levels. Proper cool down is essential for a healthy turbo and
engine. Your EVO should idle for at least 1 minute after driving to prolong the
life of your turbo.
TECH TIP: This turbo timer
will NOT work with any plug & play harnesses. This unit will need to be hard
wired. Hard wiring is not difficult as there is only 4 wires that need to be
hooked up.

Q: Why is this timer so much
cheaper then all the other models listed on your website?
A: This timer functions just like
the other timers either allowing your to cool off the car 1 or 3 minutes. This
timer does NOT have a fancy display like the others. Same function, less bells
and whistles.
Q: Is there a harness I can use for this turbo timer for
installation?
A: No, this
turbo timer does not have a harness. It needs to be hardwired into your EVO,
which means hooking up four wires. Easy installation, if you have hooked up
speaker systems, then you can handle this job.
